After hours, callers are greeted with a menu that lets them select who they would like to leave a message for. Multiple locations can be seamlessly joined with UNiTE office permitting local staff to include remotely located personnel as easily as if they were right next door.

UNiTE mailboxes will hold faxes as well. Each user is provided with a FREE personal fax number. Faxes sent to this number are stored in the mailbox with the voice messages. These messages can be retrieved from any fax machine or sent to e-mail.
In addition, to using the telephone to pick up messages, messages can be retrieved via the web. Soon, UNiTE will allow you to listen to your e-mail messages when you log into your mailbox. State of the Art Text to Speech technology will enable your email messages to be read to you over the telephone.
